Overview #
This article outlines the process for creating, updating, and deactivating users in Bajaj Auto’s systems. The primary system for user management is CDMS. Once a user is created, updated, or deactivated in CDMS, it will be synchronized to LSQ, provided certain conditions are met.
User Synchronization Process #
To ensure successful synchronization of user data from CDMS to LSQ, the following conditions must be met:
- Branch Designation:
- The branch associated with the user must be marked as “LSQ Applicable” in CDMS.
- The branch associated with the user must be marked as “LSQ Applicable” in CDMS.
- Geographical Details:
- All geographical details of the branch, such as location and region, must be accurately maintained in CDMS.
- Dealer-ASM Hierarchy:
- The hierarchical relationship between dealers and ASMs must be correctly maintained in SAP by the respective Business Unit (BU).
Troubleshooting and Support #
If user data fails to synchronize to LSQ, the following steps should be taken:
- Verify Data Integrity:
- Ensure that all the required data fields in CDMS are filled accurately and completely.
- Check Mapping Configuration:
- Confirm that the mapping between CDMS and LSQ is correct and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with Bajaj Helpline:
- If the issue persists, reach out to the Bajaj Helpline for further guidance and support. The helpline will coordinate with the relevant POCs to resolve the data inconsistencies.

kindly Note only the data of users designated under the General manager designation is Synced to LSQ from CDMS as of now.
