Support Access User – Starred Leads Restriction
Support Access Users in LeadSquared are restricted from marking leads as starred and cannot view the ‘Starred Leads’ list under the Lists section. This restriction is enforced across all UI versions (Classic and NEXgen) and cannot be overridden.
What Happens if a Support User Tries to Star a Lead? #
When a Support Access User attempts to star a lead through the NEXgen platform, the following error message is displayed:
“There was an error processing your request. Please contact administrator.”
This behavior is by design and ensures that Support Users have limited access to lead management functionalities.
Note: These restrictions are applicable only to Support Access Users. Regular users with appropriate permissions can continue to star leads and access the starred leads list without issue.
