Misconception:
A single activity must satisfy all search conditions simultaneously (e.g., one call that is both 500 seconds long AND occurred on April 25th).
In Advanced Search, multiple activity filters are evaluated independently across the entire Opportunity. An Opportunity is retrieved if:
- Condition A: At least one activity matches the duration (e.g., 300–700s).
- Condition B: At least one activity matches the date (e.g., April 25th).
Key Takeaway:
These conditions do not have to be met by the same single activity. If Activity 1 meets the duration and Activity 2 meets the date, the Opportunity will appear in the results as expected behavior.
