Top 5 issues/queries we receive from this TAM account. (With or without Ticket id optional)

1. Lead Stage not synced for leads in account 24300.

This happens via LAPP, a CRON automation triggers which triggers the LAPP(Lead Stage Sync with Amity)
We can check the automation and LAPP to get the insights for failure.

2. Leads not moving to marketing account via ULC in 39264.
This happens via ULC custom action, the lead is pushed to a different account via ULC and the same is deleted in 39264.
We can check the ULC logs for insights on failure.

3. Leads not merged via LAPP in 24300.
This happens via the Lead Merge LAPP, on the basis of Campus lead field and phone number.
If campus and phone number of 2 leads are same, the LAPP will merge it.
If Campus and Email ID of 2 leads are same, the LAPP will merge it.

4. Queries with connectors like FB lead ads, Google Adwords etc.
5. Queries about APIs and automations.
