Mobile App_Location not capturing

Problem statement: Issues with Location capture

Please check and confirm if the below checks are satisfied 
  1. Make sure the Leadsquared app is of the latest version 
  2. Go to Device settings–>>Location–>> Check if the location setting is set to ‘High Accuracy’ mode ( It should not be set to ‘Battery’ mode or ‘Device only’ mode).


  1. Go to LeadSquared Mobile App–>Settings–>Battery Usage Settings. Set the Location Accuracy to the Best

  1. Verify whether GPS is enabled 
  1. All the permissions (including location permissions) have been given to the LeadSquared Mobile App. 
  2. Check the internet connectivity. Sometimes, the system is not able to fetch your location due to low internet connectivity, especially in remote areas. 
  3. Go to Settings>Security>Permissions>AutoStart (May differ depending on the device) 
  4. Enable auto-start for the LeadSquared mobile app 
  5. Also please note: The GPS and Location Services must be turned on all the time in order to fetch real-time location data.
