You can filter/ segregate the customer counts based on either Sales Group or Owner, which further can be filtered by Lead fields. Stage Change in the filter defines the range in which the lead stage change has happened.

This particular report “Group Wise- Customer Conversion Analysis (by Lead Source)” shows that based on selected lead field, how many customers are present and what is the average time taken by all those customers per lead source to move from the first stage (usually Prospect) to final stage (usually Customer)
