Multiple Activities posted on a Lead​ via Automation

Hello,

Thank you for contacting LeadSquared Support

Problem statement: Multiple activities were posted on the lead, but the automation ran only once

There could be a possibility that the Run only once per lead option is not checked

In the trigger Card of the automation the option on the bottom left corner needs to be checked which will run the automation only once on a single lead
