Unable to publish the form – “Custom entity not chosen or form does not contain any custom entity fields.”

Problem Statement: While publishing the form, the following error was displayed:

“Custom entity not chosen or form does not contain any custom entity fields.”


RCA:
For tenants where Service Cloud is enabled, the Ticket entity must be included while creating the form.

Steps:

While creating the form, navigate to the gear (settings) icon.


Enable the Ticket entity field. Post this you’ll be able to publish the form.
