Upon checking the account for the mentioned issue, this ‘Email from user does not have access to send emails’ error will pops up if your ‘Auto Responder From’ is given as admin.
Here to mitigate this. Kindly navigate yourself to Marketing —> Landing Page —> Edit —> Step 3 and from there kindly check box ‘Auto Response Email to Lead’ as per below snippet and select different user apart from admin and again uncheck it. It would sort the issue.
