Problem Statement: 
Static List Error: “List Id does not exist in the system”

RCA: 
This error may occur when the customer’s static list has more than 400,000 (4 lakh) leads. Even though the list exists in the DB, on the UI the “given ListID doesn’t exist” error is thrown.
On the related help article, the customer is instructed to reach out to support@leadsquared.com and share the List Id.
In most cases, the leads in a list retrieval is timing out and causing this error. 
 
Solution: 
To solve this problem, enable backend setting EnableMegaListIdentification. This will convert the static list to mega list and the retrieval will work fine.
