Problem Statement:-
In certain cases, opportunities are correctly shared with users through the defined workflow. However, when the user attempts to access the opportunity, the system displays an “Access Denied” error, stating that the opportunity is not shared. Upon verification from the Admin side, the opportunity appears to be in a “Processing” phase for the user, yet the access is not fully granted and the process does not complete. This inconsistency between workflow-based sharing, admin visibility, and actual user access is causing access failures and delays in opportunity processing.

Solution:-
Upon checking Tenant Management, it was identified that for the mentioned account, the user has a share limit of 2000. This limit has already been reached, due to which new opportunity shares are not being processed. As a result, the user encounters access issues despite the workflow-based sharing being triggered.
