Call recording not visible for Exotel | Record: True

Hi Team,

Currently faced an issue where customer said the call recordings were not visible, post checking the call logs could see the parameter Recording URL was “null” and the vendor was Exotel.

Further checking we found that Exotel has recently made changes to their API Configuration, so in order to receive the recording URL to call log API, we need to send Parameter Record: True  while making a C2C call.

Post sending the parameter then only they will send the recording URL to our call log, if not sent the call recording won’t be sent along in the JSON.

By default Record: False is being sent for every call log.
