Inbound Phone Call Activity

Problem Statement – The inbound call activity is not being displayed in the activity history of the leads.

RCA –  We see that in Advanced Configuration “Ignore Inbound Calls ” were enabled due to which the inbound phone call activity were not being posted in the activity history.
Note –  Please check weather the inbound call logs are coming in proper format from the telephony provider.

Solution – Disable “Ignore Inbound Calls” in advanced configuration
