1) 52105 – Pro plan
2) 33121 – Super plan
3) 33544 – Super plan
52105 – Newly created account few months back, used to store Doctor’s data. Doctors are the leads here and Sales users call them using Exotel configured with Leadsquared to talk about appointments and bookings. Customer’s internal team posts activities using bulk activity create API with various status and based on status values, users call them. Users view these using Smartviews.
33121 & 33544 are used to store patient data for Practo and their sales users coordinate with the patients using calling from leadsquared. These accounts are stable and don’t raise much tickets.
