Answer: No, it is not possible to directly create a lead associated with an account via default Add lead forms.
Work-around Solution:
To associate a lead with an account, you can add the field “RelatedCompanyId” in the form “LeadForms”. This field is specific to the account module and will display as “Account” when filled.
In dynamic form, we cannot add account level fields. And dynamic form cannot be deployed on Account module.
