Subject: Sending additional reminder email before 5 min
Question: How do I send additional reminder email i.e. before 5 min of actual task date and time.
Solution:
This is can be achieved using the Rules and Notification feature of LeadSquared!
Step 1: Please create Rule in the system with the trigger on ‘Task Reminder’.

Step 2: Now at step 3, Please choose the action as ‘Send email’.
Please refer the screenshot for your reference.
Step 3: Now to send additional task reminder email before 5 min of the task, Please give the execution delay as 10 Min(If task reminder time is selected as ’15 Min’)
Note: If the task reminder is selected as 30 Min then execution delay should be 25 min.
