How to report a bug from mobile App

If complaints are logged against mobile application wherein we need to check with the mobile team, please inform the user to report the bug from mobile application.

 

How to report a bug from mobile?

  1. From Navigation bar select Help and Feedback
  2. Select “Report a bug” option from the popup.
  3. This will automatically take user to a default emailing app configured in their device


The email which will be send to mobile.support@leadsquared.com will have the following details.

  1. USer name
  2. Organisation
  3. Organisation ID
  4. App version
  5. Device model
  6. Device manufacturer
  7. Log files (only for 4.7 and above)

These details will help us debug most of the issues.
