If complaints are logged against mobile application wherein we need to check with the mobile team, please inform the user to report the bug from mobile application.
How to report a bug from mobile?
- From Navigation bar select Help and Feedback
- Select “Report a bug” option from the popup.
- This will automatically take user to a default emailing app configured in their device
The email which will be send to mobile.support@leadsquared.com will have the following details.
- USer name
- Organisation
- Organisation ID
- App version
- Device model
- Device manufacturer
- Log files (only for 4.7 and above)
These details will help us debug most of the issues.
