Problem statement:
The customer had bought the same model of phones for their users and they reported that none of them were able to record calls.
On testing with different handsets we could successfully find call recordings and all settings were correct as well.
Yet this feature did not work for them only.
Reason:
They had installed an external call recording application which was interfering with the LSQ call recording and thus the same was not available for them while it worked at our end.
Upon uninstalling that app, LSQ call recording feature worked.
