Automation Not Executed Despite Triggering Within Working Hours

Issue: The automation was not executed, even though the trigger occurred during working hours.

Observation: The following record was received on “7-Jan-2025 at 03:45 PM.” The automation checks the workday template before executing the task creation.
Workday template: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Atlantic Time.
Workday Template assigned to user: User X
Since the time was within working hours, the automation should have executed, but the task did not create and paused on “Wait until work day” card. 



Root Cause: There is a 15 mins buffer hence the card didn’t execute on the same day. The end time for the user is 5:00 PM (-4:00 TZ) and the card was processed at 3:45 PM (-5:00 TZ, in -4:00 Z it is 4:45PM), with 15 mins buffer it will not process on same day and will wait till next working day.
