Issue description: – There are some cases where client reported that the lead owner or stage gets reset to the previous value which is changed by automation.
As you can see in the below screenshot a dynamic form is submitted post which an automation triggered and changed the stage. But again the stage got reset to the previous one and it shows that the change is done by the user who submitted the dynamic form which is not the actual reason.
Cause for the issue:- This is because if a dynamic form submission triggers an automation, then both the dynamic form and automation is running at the same and sometimes the automation changes the owner or stage post which the process of dynamic form completes which reset these values. Please find the below screenshot for better understanding.
Solution:- We should suggest the client to use wait card for at least 2 min before the lead distribution or lead update card so that the process of the dynamic form completes first and then the stage/ owner change will happen through automation
