
Issue
– ULC is not loading on the UI and is showing the below reason even though the keys are generated;

– Alternatively, connector is not visible under the Apps dropdown.

Root-Cause Analysis
– There has been a caching error on the platform even though the billing enablement is done.

Workaround/Solution
– First, you may go to the connector via MarketPlace, and reset the permissions in the configure section;
(This will enable access to the Admins by clearing any back-end access cache)
– Then append “?cc=1” in the URL to clear the web cache.
