Problem Statement – Mapping Issue Issue while importing activities.
RCA – When checked we see that the issue stands while mapping fields i.e lead field with an activity field .
We see that in CSV file for mapping Lead field “Prospect ID” is the column name that was being used along with 10 other fields , also while mapping fields we see that only 9 fields were available but “Prospect ID” was not present .
Solution – We are not supposed to have column name as “Prospect ID” / “Related Prospect ID” / “Opportunity ID” etc as they are the reserved entities of leadsquared due to which if we use these entities we will not be able to map any lead field with an activity field .
When we replaced “Prospect ID” with Prospect ID1 or any other name such as “test” , activities were being imported as expected.
We can also suggest the cx to user lead fields such as Phone number / email address i.e Unique identifier field.
