Greetings!
Issue : We got an issue where customer have made a form comprising of Activity, Lead & Opportunity. While saving the form we were getting this error on the Form which is deployed.

Lead is updated, but it got failed while pushing the Activity.
Solution : We checked the Form Settings.
The association of the form was pointed towards opportunity, by which the issue was coming, once there was modification which was being done to the form. As well – We added the opportunity field which will point the form towards the opportunity as well.
