Issue: The automation did not trigger over any leads with the trigger action as “At Regular Interval” even though the leads are satisfying the inclusion criteria set in the trigger card.
Root Cause: The limit of leads which can enter in the automation with trigger as “At Regular Intervals” is 25000. In case the limit of leads satisfying the inclusion criteria is exceeded at the particular time interval set up in the trigger card, the automation will not trigger over any lead.
Note: The default limit is 25k leads which can enter the CRON automation. There’s no setting where we can check for the limit from UI or TM. This can be checked with automation team.
