Issue:
In Process Designer, we have an option to set and customize the success message on form submission. However, the same success message which we configure doesn’t show up in mobile app on form submission. We only see the generic thank you message.
Resolution:
Currently, the success message will only show on the web and not on the mobile app post form submission. As intimated by product team, this will be picked up and taken as a feature in the upcoming release cycles as per the team’s bandwidth. For now, we can update customer / PS that this is not supported on mobile app.
