Dual Login is flexibility in login for end-users, giving them the option to use either of the User ID as Email with Mobile/Phone Number.
Dual-Login limitations #
- During Registration Password & OTP authentication is must
- The combination could be Email & Phone/Mobile Number
The function can be set up in two ways:
1. Dual-Login through form:
- Create a registration form
- Decide on the 2 unique keys you need as User ID. Ensure that the 2 are unique to the tenant. Below 2 are the 2 combinations supported for now.
- Email & Phone Number
- Email & Mobile Number
- Add both the keys with OTP verified to the form
- Keep one of these as the Search Key. Eg: As Email selected below.
- Add Password field to the form
- Publish the form
2. Dual Login using Portals:

Once the form is set and published. Go to the respective Portal.
- Select the registration form
- Navigate to States, in the configuration, and Enable Dual Login, as below.
