Check-In not shown in Mobile App

ISSUE :


Check-In feature is not visible in the Leadsquared Mobile Application as shown in the below screenshot;


RESOLUTION :


Check if the Real Time Location is enabled in the account for the specific user roles as shown in the below screenshot;


Also check if the specific user is “Excluded from the Check-In feature, as shown below;




After changing the above steps, you can see the “Check-In feature in the Mobile App as shown below;
