Enabling Emails from “System”

Issue:
– Emails from sender: “System” are not being allowed. 

Related issues raised:
– Email Campaign configuration could not go past 3rd Step -> Sender Address marked as “System”
– Unable to publish Automations or rarely failure of automation -> Send Email cards marked from “System”

Causes:
– Due to recent security concerns and the mandate of 2FA,  InfoSec globally deactivated the user “System” in terms of entity associations to prevent phishing attacks and social hacking. This led to a global deactivation of  “System” as a proxy user in terms of Email Delivery/Campaigns, Landing Page-based Lead ownership, and Automation card assignment. 

Solutions:
– Please inform the customer about the changes made and evaluate if the functionality is truly required for the Tenant. 
– If yes, raise an email to the SRE/DevOps with the BU Head and Success representative looped in. Attach the necessary evidence as displayed in the sample table below:
