Issue: Customer performs an action when on smart views page (call lead and fil disposition form, etc) which includes updation of data, but the updated data does reflect automatically on the smart view. Customer has to manually refresh the page .
Solution: We support auto-refresh of data on smart view. Time interval for the same can be controlled from the below advanced configuration: Settings > Profile > Advanced configuration > Configure smart views. We can suggest customer to reduce the interval.

Auto-refresh mechanism is independent of the action performed (60 seconds will not start when form is submitted)
