Bajaj Auto’s standard Enquiry management process requires a follow-up task for qualified leads until they reach a terminal stage, defined as either Won – Invoiced, Booked(only for CV BU) or Inactive – Lost, Closed, Auto Closed, Lost to Competition, Lost to Co Dealer/Branch.
Upon reaching these stages, a scheduled batch job (executed nightly) automatically cancels all the Open tasks associated with the Enquiry.
If the task is not cancelled on the lead after 24hrs of reaching the above stages, you can check the batch Job logs or check with PS DEV
