From the Meta end, they were pushing lead details with the correct country code, but while creating leads in the system, it was neglecting the country code and creating leads without a country code.
Solution:
This issue is occurring because the default country code setting in the phone number unique field setting was not enabled.
Please enable this setting and check again.
