Recently I encountered an agent pop issue where all the permissions were given from the browser and all the connector settings were correct. Still, a pop-up was not appearing.
Also, the case was that there were multiple numbers in associated phone number fields as shown below:-
So in this case pop-up will only work for the number that is present in both the Agent Phone number and Phone (Main) field. If the Phone(main) number is different and the agent pop will be invoked for a different number from the Agent phone number then the pop-up will not work.
