Basic checks for mobile issues

PFA list of common Mobile app issues that users commonly report to us:

  1. Basic checks to be done for those cases.
  2. Details to collect if the issue is still not resolved before forwarding to mobile team.

 

Also, 

  1. We collect user’s detail along with logs which is displayed in the same email. Please send that as well to mobile team as it gives them insight about device, OS details etc (ex: PFA screenshot)
  2. Logs are not helpful for ‘Forms’ related issue.
  3. Screen recording is always helpful to understand the issue better especially when the issue is not reproducible at out end (when passed to mobile team).
