Due to 2 or 3 unique fields in LSQ (EmailAddress, Phone, Mobile), customers face issue of leads not getting captured.
Customers are advised to use either EmailAddress or Phone as unique field as we call Lead.Capture api for creating and/or updating existing lead

FB Retargeting :
Most common issue with Facebook Retargeting connector is after configuring connector, create/delete Custom Audience dosen’t happen for customers because for Facebook app to work customers need to Accept Custom Audience Terms and Conditions or LSQ Facebook App is not granted permissions.
Google Adwords :
Configuration –
Most of the customers face trouble adding their Adwords or MCC account. Multiple reasons can cause failure for the same, such as :
* Many chrome extensions are installed in browser, which prevents the javascript code to capture details.
* Popups blocked in customers browser
* In firefox javascript code fails to capture details
To resolve these issues, ask customers to add their accounts via Chrome browser only, preferably Incognito mode.
Activities not created on Leads –
This is another common issue which occurs, multiple reasons for the same, such as :
* LSQ tracking script not present in all customers Landing pages which they have saved in Adwords
* Auto-tagging feature not enabled in Adwords, due to which “gclid” is not generated for landing page url
* LSQ api dosen’t returns LeadID corresponding to provided Gclid
* Discrepancy in data (number of leads captured from Adwords and activities posted in LSQ)
Debugging of above issues can be done by following following steps –
1. Check tracking script is present in all Landing pages configured in Adwords
2. Check auto-tagging is enabled in Adwords account
3. Check if “StatusCode” is “0” (Active) in AdWordsDataSycAccounts db
We create Google Adwords Capture Activity for leads which have come from Adwords Landing Page as well as all visitors so the count of Activity is more than the Leads captured.
