Scenario: #
Inbound call logs are successfully pushed from the provider, in case of calls where leads are not present in the system, but corresponding leads are not being created.
Root Cause Analysis: #

A setting called “Ignore Inbound Calls” which has restriction that prevents lead creation for inbound calls from unknown numbers.
This setting exists in two places:

Settings > Advanced Configuration

Settings > Telephony > General Settings

If “Ignore Inbound Calls” is enabled in either location, inbound calls from unknown numbers will not generate new leads.
Once disabled, new leads will be created automatically when inbound calls are received, including from previously unknown numbers.
