Problem Statement : After enabling the “Object Type” for the account, modules were not visible and was throwing the error as shown in the below screenshots.

SOLUTION : Navigate to Settings > Leads > Lead Fields
–> Re-save any Lead Fields and It’ll resolve the issue.
