Scenario: We observed that multiple iframes are being triggered after outbound calls. Additionally, multiple iframe pop-ups are opening in separate browser tabs, which are getting logged out automatically, leaving only one active tab at a time.
Root cause:
We noticed that popup requests are coming from seven different instance IDs, which I’ve listed below. While reviewing these, I observed that for one of the requests (marked with *), the provider is appending the DestinationNumber at the end of the API URL.
Solution:
We suggested provider to send correct instance only (The one which is configured in the UTC).
