When the ‘Availability Status’ option is enabled in the ‘Distribute Lead’ card of the automation, the distribution doesn’t take place in the expected round robin manner.
PFB the screenshot where 4 users are in the distribution sequence and the distribute leads amongst the ‘Available’ users is enabled.
So according to the existing system behaviour if all the users are initially available, then the lead will be distributed to ‘Admin1’ first then ‘Ashish Reddy’. But before the lead has to be assigned to ‘Shivambika Goel’ if the user gets offline, the queue will again refresh and start the distribution from ‘Admin1’.
Hence as a conclusion the leads would not get equally distributed among the users if the ‘Distribute lead among Available users in the distribution sequence’ is enabled.
