
ISSUE
If any customer faces the following error while trying to log in through the mobile app or while trying to log in, the process gets stuck in the SSO page.
Steps to validate
1) Verify if the customer is using SSO.
2) Copy the redirect URL mentioned in the error and check in the section below.

3) In such cases, the customer may not have enabled mobile authentication, which prevents the redirection from taking place. The following changes can be made only if Azure Admin access is available.
