Problem Statement –
Marvin users are facing a problem while logging in. They are able to log in for the first time, but the second time onwards, when they try to log in, it says that they don’t have the permission to access the app.RCA – We observed that the user was attempting to log in to the Marvin portal using the URL “identity@leadsquared.com“. However, the user was not redirected to the Marvin portal “marvin@leadsquared.com” because the required authentication profiles had not been configured for redirection.
Corrective Action –
Please refer to the screenshots below, which highlight where the authentication profiles need to be added.
