Answer: We do not support customer-provided SSL certificates for the reasons mentioned below. They must request a certificate online (Settings screen). HelpLink
*With certificates generated via ACM (AWS), there is auto-renewal. With customer-provided certificates, there will be additional manual intervention again for this.
*If we must add a customer certificate, they also have to share a private key. As mentioned, the process in this case is manual and has security concerns. This is something Leadsquared is strictly avoiding.
Answer: We can only update custom fields via UTM parameters. Will recommend to setup new custom fields to capture them.
* All the form field values must be entered as per the datatype specified.
* We observed a couple of cases recently wherein the following was done
o mx_city was being overridden as a custom field with LOS enabled but auto-update was not enabled
o Reverse IP lookup (HelpLink) was enabled which tries to find the location given the IP address
o The value derived from Reverse IP Lookup does not match with the values in the mx_city LOS field.
o A similar issue could happen with ‘Stage’, and ‘Country’ too.
* If exported forms are used, suggest using Captcha V3 and copying the HTML after updating the latest keys and Republish.
* Profile > Billing and Usage > Website Tracking
* Max Web events and Webevent tracking should be inLimit
* Allow Website Tracking must be ON for Visitor page to be captured.
* Check if the website is registered for tracking in CRM
* Make sure Tracking Licensing is in Limit(ProfileàBilling and UsageàWebsite Tracking)
* Make sure pidtracker function is being called after the tracker script is loaded
Note: The UTM parameters are captured for the first visit

Answer: Check the below points
* Please check with Customer if they are using iframe code to host landing pages. If iframe is used below is the case please follow below steps for UTM parameters to be captured.
* Form is loaded in an iFrame which is pointing to default leadsquared landing page domain – pmanifold.viewpage.co. However the web page where this iFrame is added is hosted on domain – www.evacad.com.
* When user lands on www.evacad.com – Prospect cookie is created on this domain. However, the Form is being posted from within the iFrame. Because it is in a different domain, prospect cannot be passed due to cross domain browser restriction.
1) Customer has to add Add a landing page domain for ex. pages.evacad.com (It has to be a sub-domain of evacad.com).

2) Generate SSL certificate for this landing page domain and follow the instructions in this flow.
