Question: Why does TM throw an error Maximum Custom Fields are not sufficient, while enabling opportunity management from TM?
Answer: In an account while enabling the “Opportunity Management” from O2C team and if you are getting an error “Maximum Custom fields are not sufficient” then kindly check once with the SRE team because from SRE team end they have to increase the “MaxAllowedActivityCustomFields” to “100” in the tenant for opportunity enablement, post increasing the “MaxAllowedActivityCustomFields” to “100”, the O2C team can enable the Opportunity management from TM has context menu.

Answer: If the opportunity export has CFS fields in it then the Opportunity export will take longer time than usual.
Question: Enabling the setting “Bulk Automation Trigger” is mandatory for automation to be triggered for opportunities.
Solution: The same can be enabled from the TM settings/Billings.
Question: Can we enable SMS feature on Opportunity?
Solution: Yes, the SMS feature can be enabled on Opportunity but the account should have the “Custom Opportunity Actions” connector enabled in the account to deploy the feature in Opportunity actions.
Question: Why Opportunity Details View Customization(ODVC) is not visible in Web?
Solution -> ODVC is only implemented for Marvin
Question: We are getting “You can create up to 25 opportunities at a time” error while trying to bulk create the opportunity from Manage Leads Page.
Solution
-> Bulk add opportunity we can do upto 25 only. If you want to add more opportunity at a time then go for opportunity import.
Question: Do we support Allow Auto Update for CFS dropdown in the opportunity?
