Issue
Recently came across a issue where the Email Campaign when opened in Multiple Tabs can hamper the Template ( If any modification )
1.Navigate to Create campaign –>Select a Template(old content)
2.Now open the same URL in another tab–>make changes to the template(New content)
3.Proceed with Test Email for New content –>select List –>click on Next
4.Now in the summary page wait for 2-3 mins–>Schedule a campaign.

Since the old content was opened in another tab, it has been autosaved(5 mins is the auto save time) and the same is been picked for scheduling the campaign. This could also be the case where summary page was not updated in first 2 attempts . To avoid such cases, we would recommend customer to create and edit campaign in single tab and in same window.
Solution or To Restriction
We have a setting in Advance configuration, suggest you to enable this for the customer. This will restrict multiple users from editing the same campaign at the same time.
This will restrict the conflict on Email Campaign Page.
