Generally when we have any telephony issues, we go check the call logs to see what data was pushed to LeadSquared.
However, in the case of Ameyo, this process becomes redundant and you will find yourself very lost once you go searching for the call logs.
Ameyo, like other telephony services, does not work on call logs. Infact, the integration itself is different.
Once the connector is configured (Learn to do that here), Ameyo gives a single sign on to LeadSquared.
Basically, the LeadSquared panel opens up inside the Ameyo portal and agents initiate the calls directly from the LeadSquared panel.
On hangup, they have to click on the red “Dispose Call” button to dispose the call.
This is true for both inbound and outbound phone calls.
This process is important as we will see when we go further down this article.
The call is initiated from LeadSquared but connected via Ameyo.
Basically, the click to call API is first being called via LeadSquared which is pushing the call data to Ameyo after which Ameyo makes the call.
For inbound cals, the calls are made to Ameyo and are pushed to LeadSquared on disposition.
For Outbound calls:
