Issue: The client reported that the lead details page is not visible in the Mobile application on clicking the lead.
Root cause: This is due to incorrect configuration of the “Details customization” in Mobile settings. The admin would have enabled the following settings but the configuration would have been blank as depicted in the following settings.
Solution: The users have to follow the below steps to resolve the issue.
1. Kindly navigate to Settings >> Mobile App >> Details Customization
2. Please check if the feature is enabled. If yes, inform the client to add the necessary tabs and save the changes.
3. Request the mobile users to sync the device for the changes to reflect in the mobile application.
