Lapp Time out error

Thank you for contacting LeadSquared Support

Problem statement: Lapp times out due to the Execution timeout limit set for the account 

Time Out Limit set in the Account, for instance below logMessage where a Lapp timed out in 10 seconds

  1. Check for the Execution timeout in the Billing & Usage section of the account as shown below 
  2. Get the timeout limit increased by the Billings team post consulting with PS-Dev 
  3. Direct the PS/CS owner to republish the Lapps wherever required

    NOTE: If not republished, Lapp will not consider the increased timeout
