Unable to Load Portal Page

Scenario:  Users experienced portal page loading issue.


RCA:

Please find below points

1. Required IPs and Domains not whitelisted.

Note: Upon reviewing the investigation logs, we found that multiple domains were missing in our leads for the dedicated help doc, which was causing issues with portal form loading.






Solution:

We suggested the LSQ team update the newly added domains that were missing from our documentation. The team has completed this for the domain you highlighted for this issue.

Additionally, to investigate similar issues in the future, you can load the portal page and check the Inspect logs. In the Network tab, you will be able to see the different IPs for which requests are getting blocked.

If you notice any IPs causing issues, please share those details with our internal team so we can assess whether they need to be whitelisted. Please note that strict firewall policies or high security settings at the customer’s end can also lead to portal form loading issues.
