Data fetch issue | Activity based reports

Issue reported:
The “Activities by User (Historical)” report does not fetch the complete data of all the activities selected using the “Activity Type(s)” dropdown.



Solution/ Findings:

This is the default behaviour of the system wherein:

1. If there are no valid activities present in the system for the certain time range selected in the “Activity time range” filter, no data will be displayed for the particular activity

2. However, should the system identify valid records present for any one of the parameters, a notable value shall be displayed for that particular record and other record data will be displayed as “0” (as seen in the “Had Online meeting” activity in the screenshot above).
