Here the issue is they are getting the below error while placing a Mobile cloud calling.

Note : Please follow the below required changes only if you are facing issues with the same provider and with the same mail merge values only.

Once we have mapped the Knumber with @{User:mx_Custom_2,} the calls are getting placed successfully.

Note: Please ask all the users to check their properties if the ” Custom 2 ” field has a valid number or not before placing a call from their account.
As we can see the calls are getting placed successfully and the outbound call activity also got posted successfully.
