Difference between Engagement and disengagement Leads

 Lead Engagement refers to when a lead reacts positively to your marketing campaigns. This reaction can be in the form of visiting to your website or Landing Pages, reading and clicking link in your Email Campaigns or Autoresponders, picking up a call made by you etc. 

Each of these activities can be assigned a score in LeadSquared and as and when the activities happen, the engagement score grows up and lets you know which are the leads engaged and which are not.

All Engaged leads are indicated with a Red dot against a lead on Manage lead table, like wise all Dis-engaged leads are indicated with a Grey dot against the relevant lead in Manage leads.
